4. Technical Specifications
4.1 Door Frame: Constructed with galvanized steel or stainless steel plates, available in thicknesses of 1.0mm, 1.2mm, or 1.5mm.
4.2 Door Panel: Made from 1.0mm thick galvanized steel or stainless steel.
4.3 Locking Mechanism: Round head stainless steel handle lock of AnHeng / other reputable brands such as VBH, DORMA, and GEZE/ elbow locks and other options.
4.4 Hinges (Hinge Brackets): 304 stainless steel/spring hinges/other types.
4.5 Latch Bolt: 304 stainless steel latch bolts double doors with lower latch bolts. The ground needs to be bored and results in a 50 mm non-sealed area at the bottom of the door panel.
4.6 Filling Material: Options include paper honeycomb, aluminum honeycomb, rock wool, or other materials.

4.11 Vision Panel: The vision panel is designed to be flush with the door panel. The standard sizes :circular window R101 (386*586*5mm) / square window (400*600*5mm)/ custom (custom sizes can be specified, with the note that specified sizes do not have flanges on the four sides). The glass is surrounded by a 40mm black or white printed band with "3C/Yuanda" markings. The vision panel features a flange process, with inlays of 304 stainless steel or white and black finishes. Three distinct manufacturing techniques are employed to ensure the vision panel remains fog-free internally.
